Gayna Pelham

Gayna is an art historian and artist and is a leading lecturer at the National Portrait Gallery and other galleries including the National Gallery and the Wallace Collection.  She is highly experienced and is a superb communicator with a wide knowledge of art history and both the well known and more unusual galleries in London.  Additionally she has a background in Classical music and specialises in working across the arts with orchestras and composers as well as film and animation makers. Gayna has also developed unique business models for team building using art and has worked extensively in the corporate sector.  As part of this she is passionate about teaching adults to draw and particularly those who feel they cannot draw.  At present she is writing a book about learning to draw using techniques she has developed in her adult workshops about the brain and perception. Her practice as an artist focuses on interactive installations and large scale drawings.
